Students can reach out to our advisors in the following ways:
Email:
Contact us at cbeadvising@csueastbay.edu using your and include your Net ID and full name. For questions that require us to look up your student record, replies will only be sent to your Horizon email address.
Phone:
Call us at (510) 885-3323 between 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. For questions that require us to look up your student record, a security question will be asked.
In person:
Visit us in the Valley Business & Technology (VB or VBT) building, room 129, Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm.
