Approved Electives for Semesters

Students who have not elected a concentration for their Health Sciences degree must complete 30 units of electives to graduate. These units must be selected in consultation with a major advisor. Electives should be selected to meet your learning goals and objectives.

The sets of electives below have been pre-approved by the Health Sciences faculty and may be selected in consultaion with your advisor.

Once you have selected a plan, working with your advsior, you should not deviate from that plan. Credit taken off plan may not be approved.

  • These courses have been approved for students interested in pursuing further training for clinical fields such as: nursing, physician assistant, and medicine.
