Leadership Initiatives support the development of student leaders by fostering personal growth, determination, and self-awareness through our events and activities. Our Leadership Initiatives don’t subscribe to a single model of leadership development, allowing students to explore, develop, and grow their own leadership identity, including leadership style and skills. Every student has a different level of skills, and we have developed leadership opportunities to meet students where they are in their development to take them to the next level. Our goal is to support student leaders who are conscious and empowered to creatively shape a better world for themselves and their communities.
