Preview Day is your chance to feel the heart of the Pioneer community! Explore our beautiful campus with student guides, connect with professors who are excited to support your future, and experience the energy of life at Cal State University East Bay! Highlights include a warm welcome from our President, housing and facility tours, academic showcases, resource fair, student clubs and organizations, free lunch, live entertainment, and giveaways!

Step onto campus, meet your future community, and imagine yourself as a Pioneer—this is where your Pioneer journey begins!

Campus Welcome

Kick-off the day with a welcome to campus from ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ's President, meet our new mascot, and find out what Preview Day has in store during your visit.
Explore our beautiful campus, get a taste of dorm living, and get your questions answered by our student tour guides

Tours and Open Houses

Join our tour guides and explore the campus, the Recreation and Wellness Center (RAW), University Housing, CORE Library and more! 
Students participate in the opening ceremony of ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ's Latinx Graduation

All parking is FREE on Preview Day!

Guests are advised to park in Lot A or Lot B at for easiest access to the event. You can find both lots located in the red rectangle on the campus map below:

No, this event is open to admitted and prospective students.  Students are not required to attend Preview Day. This is an opportunity to celebrate with family and friends your admission, and to share why Cal State East Bay is your university of choice!
