CAP has partnered with biotech company, , to provide a mentorship opportunity for CSU East Bay students with the following objectives:

Provide a tailored experience to immerse students in the world of biotechnology as a potential career path. Students have the opportunity to explore functions including: clinical research, clinical pharmacology, safety science, clinical operations, regulatory, data management, finance, biostatistic, compliance, and others.

Provide individualized personal and career support to mentees.

Help mentees build confidence, knowledge of the drug development industry, provide guidance, advice and feedback from experienced biotech professionals.

Ensure that mentees leave the program with a resume that could propel them to a biotechnology internship, regular position, or for application into higher degrees.
