Staff and Faculty Affinity Groups
Faculty and Staff Affinity Groups at Cal State East Bay foster an inclusive and communal space for historically underserved and underrepresented faculty and staff. These groups also focus on areas not limited to: professional development, fundraising, networking, mentoring, student advocacy and fostering external community relationships. Furthermore, these groups may partner with Human Resources as well as Academic Affairs in the recruitment and retention of diverse faculty and staff.
*The Office of Diversity provides administrative support but does not direct the activities of the Faculty and Staff Affinity Groups.
