Installment Payment Plan Fall 2024

Students wishing to have additional time to pay their tuition and fees can do so by signing up for the Fall installment payment plan. Payment plans will vary depending on your enrollment category classification.

Enrollment Categories

A matriculated student at CSU East Bay is someone who has all admission requirements met, and is successfully enrolled in a program that leads to a Degree.
Open University offers the opportunity for anyone to enroll in a course without being admitted to the CSU.
This includes One-Year M.B.A., Online Educational Leadership, P.H.A.P., M.S., Online B.S.B.A., M.B.A. for Global Innovators, M.P.A. Alameda County EES, M.S. Health Care Administration, M.S.E.D. Reading Program, M.S. Accountancy, and M.S. Nursing.

For Matriculated Undergraduates, Graduates, and EDD Students Only

The tuition and campus fees are split into three (3) installments. The down payment (first installment) is due on your original due date. The Health Service fee, SIRF (Student Involvement Representation Fee), Graduate Professional Program Fee and a one-time $30.00 non-refundable administrative fees are NOT included in the plan and they are due by the original due date.

For Open University, Special Session, and OTL Session Students Only

PLEASE NOTE: Your installment plan contract is not effective until the first payment has been made online by ACH or credit card, by mail, or in person at the Cashier's Office in the Student Services Administrative (SA) Building on the Hayward Campus.

Installment Payment Plan Due Dates

We have multiple payment plans depending on the date you register for your classes. Please read the following information thoroughly for complete information.

Matriculated

Matriculated students that enroll in classes on or before August 13, 2024 and would like to pay their fees on an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates:

August 13, 2024 - 1st installment due
September 13, 2024 - 2nd installment due
October 13, 2024 - 3rd installment due

Special Session

Special Session Program students that enroll in classes on or before August 13, 2024 and place themselves onto the installment plan will adhere to the following installment plan due dates:

August 13, 2024 - 1st installment due
September 13, 2024 - 2nd installment due
October 13, 2024 - 3rd installment due

Open University

Open University students that enroll in an installment plan are responsible for making installment payments by the following dates:

August 30, 2024 - 1st installment due
September 30, 2024 - 2nd installment due
October 30, 2024 - 3rd installment due
