Freshman students have the option of suites. Suites have the following room type options: Double & Triple.

A suite unit includes three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette with a dining table, a living room with couches/armchairs, a coffee table, and an end table. Each bedroom is equipped with a twin XL bed, dresser, desk, and desk chair per occupant.

ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ On-Campus Family Housing is a dedicated space to support students with dependent needs, as defined as minors or eldercare. In the upcoming Academic Year 2025-2026 term, select units will be available for those that are interested and meet the criteria/requirements. License Agreement period will match standard ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ University Housing License Agreement.

Family Housing Units are limited to the following:

  • Must have dependent needs, as defined by support of minor or elder care (documentation required to show needs can be tax record or birth certificate).
  • Maximum of 1 ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ enrolled student per unit
  • Maximum of 2 adults per unit
  • Maximum of 2 minors per unit
