Need summer housing? The summer application is open to all students and recent ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ graduates who wish to live on campus during the summer. On-campus summer housing is a great option for those taking summer courses, local internships in the Bay Area, and/or employed on-campus.

The application opens starting Wednesday, April 15, 2026 and applications will be accepted until spaces fill.

Short Term Housing

Need to stay on-campus for a shorter period than full summer term? Take the time you need to successfully transition to your new chapter, whether it be prepping for a graduate entry exam, new job search/off-campus apartment, or more time before the move home. Centrally located in the Bay Area, on-campus Housing gives you options to be close to countless internships, jobs, and opportunities. Our free campus shuttle will take you to and from BART giving you easy access to the entire Bay Area.

Short Term Housing for student is defined as minimally 5 nights anytime between the period of May 18, 2026 - July 31, 2026. Benefits of short term stay at ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Housing include: no long-term rental contracts, no need to find others to cost share or live with, payment plan availability.

SUMMER CLASSES

Wake up and walk to class right across the street. Online classes? Living on campus grants easy access to professor’s office hours and options to handle your group projects at the CORE.

Timeline

Communities

All Summer residents will have a double-occupancy bedroom apartment in Calaveras or Sierra. Some bedrooms might have three beds, but only two residents will be assigned. Super single options may be available upon request and availability.

Accommodations

If any of the accommodations are required, it is important that applicants self-identify during the housing application and contract. Further, we advise all students to connect with the Accessibility Services Office to request an intake appointment to discuss options that would best support their needs.
